options MAXCONS < 16

keyboard is not working at all for me in X11-mode when
I set MAXCONS to a low value (which I used to do on -stable
boxes to strip down a bit my kernels).
I do not know whether this is still a good thing
to do, just to let you know so someone competent could look
at it.

NB, I'm very satisfied with current status of -current. Thanx!
