problematic ata story continues

Hi,

Story goes on and once again we replaced mobo with new one and supped
latest source.  At last we could build vinum volume but then we booted
system with new kernel after make world.  Now we have lost both slave
disks on secondary ata controller.  With old kernel we can still see
these disks.  What's broken this time?
