You have one of the cards. It looks like I'm programming the bridges exactly the same between oldcard and newcard. I do not know why it isn't working, maybe a bad delay? maybe some bit I've overlooked? I'm not sure. I see it in maybe 3 of the hundred odd cards that I have. These cards read '0's.
