are you sure ?

could you please repeatedly run pstat -f and check if you can manually
trigger the problem by loading a page from that apache and see if the
leftover really is a socket ?

what's the value of
	sysctl debug.mpsafenet
btw ?

for the others:
pstat -f returns a lot of "dead" FDs with everything but LOC cleared.
