  I am using:
  FreeBSD 6.0-CURRENT #0: Sun Aug 22 14:31:47 CDT 2004 i386

 FreeBSD locks up when I try and configure my mouse through
sysinstall. I looked for error messages but found none.  Below is the
relevant info about my Synaptics touchpad.
 What should I do to capture error messages?
