5.3-BETA1 panic during boot up

Hi,

I was upgrading from 4.10 to 5.3-BETA1 (cvsup yesterday) and the kernel 
panic right after the boot up message. I tried again with the apci-source.c 
from current, but that did not help. I included the dmesg and panic message 
below. Any hints?
