Grrrrr.

Go back to the driver CD that came with your card and use the Windows XP
driver like you were supposed to. If you do, you should see this
instead:

You never bothered to mention just which Windows driver from the CD
that you used, but now I know it wasn't the XP one. You probably
picked the Win2000 one instead. Minus 10 points for you.
