ACPI error messages on HP DL140 server

I got some HP DL140 servers, single P4-2.4GHz/533 (HT capable), second cpu not
installed. 1GB memory. Below is an ouput of the kernel boot messages. Everything
seems to work, but many messages about ACPI. Should I be worried ? Anyone
interested in checking things out, debugging things before we put this
machine into production ?
