Other ideas? > Good work guys, I added CPUTYPE option in make.conf CPUTYPE?=p2 (in my case :( ) and no more crashes!!! I would suggest to add CPUTYPE to the default make.conf to some conservative value; or ask the user to set it, by a warning. The out-of-the-box make.conf do not provide it and I supose many (will) hit this problem when doing upgrade with portupgrade.
