Hi,

It's not a AMD problem. After I've upgraded the second box (Intel Xeons) to
5.3RC1 I see the same bad effects:

# ps -auxwww | grep rbl
bind         729  0.0  0.8 18248 17228  ??  Ss    4:12PM   0:00.69 [rbldnsd]

So something in userland has changed between beta4 and rc1.
