Also, yesterday I realize that if I remove SMP and apic in my kernel. It is 
just fine. Maybe something wrong with apic, I do not know. Hope this piece 
of information helps... 

My mainboard is not multi-cpu, but I have multi-cpu mainboard at work. I 
intentionally included SMP in my kernel. It is a habbit, except ethernet 
card drivers, and scsi drivers my all kernels are identical.
