BETA5: nvidia-driver starts crashing

Hi,
After upgrade from 6-BETA4 to BETA5 and my nvidia-driver started to
panic the kernel (everything run smoothly before makeworld/makekernel).
I rebuilt it, but with no success.
Did anybody have such a problem?

P.S. my X is absolutely unuseable because nv driver hangs the system
just after kde load.
