The plugin is installed in 
/usr/local/jdk1.5.0/jre/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so... go to 
/usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins and create a symbolic link there pointing 
to the library.
Firefox identifies it correctly under "about:plugins" but the whole 
thing segfaults whenever it is called.. I've uploaded the full trace log 
here:
