[panic] Fatal trap 12: page fault while in kernel mode

Hello,

   I've just got installed a brand new box, and I can say that it's
   hanging on regular basis, around every 10 minutes.

   The backtrace is included, as well as the dmesg.

   Any help with this will be appreciated.
