Hi,

I just bought the exact same motherboard as you,
and it works great. I do not have any issues with the
Gigabit adapter.

nfe0_at_pci0:16:0: class=0x068000 card=0xcb841043 chip=0x037310de rev=0xa2 hdr=0x00
nfe0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> metric 0 mtu 1500
        options=19b<RXCSUM,TXCSUM,VLAN_MTU,VLAN_HWTAGGING,VLAN_HWCSUM,TSO4>
        ether 00:1b:fc:62:b3:68
        media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX <full-duplex>)
        status: active

There are some BIOS settings related to "LAN Cable Status" that you
might want to fiddle with.

If you have further problems, you can follow up with me directly.
