For your convenience I wrote a little shell script which dosn't only do all 
the neccessary steps to apply the patch (including download) but also removes 
it (for example if one wants to recsup the tree). Otherwise you would end up 
breaking build if not cleanly removed before applied again.
It also uses the latest version of coretemp.c which isn't included in the 
original patch.
