I managed to append two dmesg outputs inline, which may be confusing.
If you try to parse the 1700+ line inline attachments below, look for
'Copyright '.  The dmesg output which contains:

> WARNING: Non-uniform processors.
> WARNING: Using suboptimal topology.

is the dmesg output with apic.0.disabled="1".
