Really? I would expect tz0 to be CPU temperature (via ACPI but still probably using the same diode as coretemp would read). That said I don't recall any system I have ever run FreeBSD one having more than tz0 :) FWIW the Core 2 Duo in my "games" machine which is overclocked from 2.13 to 3.06GHz idles at 60C and gets up to 75C when under heavy use.
