promise sata150 tx4 gone

With the same hardware, CURRENT can't detect this card while
BIOS and 7.x can. I'm running amd64 and today's CURRENT.
Verbosed dmesg can be found at

http://www.rafan.org/FreeBSD/ata/dmesg.boot

It seems to me that somehow this device does not show up.
pciconf -lv does not show a device with unattached driver,
neither.

Anything I can look at?
