Thos timeouts are all over 7.X, -CURRENT and now -BETA1 .. hope they 
don't make it into 8.0-RELEASE !!!

At least you wifi card is supported .. mine is not :(

Never got them .. but now that you mention it .. I think I never tried 
acpiconf -s 3 with a usb dongle attached to the system .. will try 
though !!

Nop .. unloading modules doesn't help at all in here neither :(
