Certainly:

ipv6_enable="YES"
ipv6_gateway_enable="YES"
rtadvd_enable="YES"
rtadvd_interfaces="em0"
hostname="daemon"
ifconfig_em0="DHCP"
freenet6_enable="NO"

I get my ipv6 address from freenet6 once the tunnel is established.
