kldload usb_quirk

usbconfig dump_quirk_names

And then run something like:

usbconfig add_dev_quirk_vplh 0x??? 0x??? 0x0000 0xFFFF UQ_CFG_INDEX_1

Will make the quirk permanent.

If you make a patch for usbdevs and the usb_quirk.c in /sys/dev/usb/quirk/ 
then I can commit that.
