ok. just repeated all the steps you mentioned in your previos mail. here's the
ident-output:

etc/defaults/rc.conf:
     $FreeBSD: head/etc/defaults/rc.conf 197619 2009-09-29 16:49:10Z dougb $

/etc/network.subr:
     $FreeBSD: head/etc/network.subr 197526 2009-09-26 18:59:00Z hrs $

/etc/rc.d/netif:

/network_ipv6
ident error: /etc/rc.d/network_ipv6: No such file or directory

i'm still getting the warnings i mentioned at the beginning of this thread.
