The old dialog has a green highlight that shows which button has the 
current focus.  Space or Enter is effectively a mouse click on the 
current button.

Or "Space to toggle options, arrows to move, Tab to move highlight, 
Enter to accept highlighted action" instructions in the border of the 
dialog window.  Or, in my case, "Now you have two kinds of activate 
keys--guess which does what!"
