The external disk boxes (the ones that are having the problems) are connect through an LSI SAS 3801E, which is handled by the mpt driver. The mpt driver is what's giving us trouble right now. Can you connect an enclosure to the SAS 2008 chip card you have now and test? I thought I had read about problems like yours with that chip on FreeBSD when using such enclosures.Received on Thu Sep 15 2011 - 13:30:39 UTC
