mountroot> while booting r255342 memstick

Hi,
I downloaded FreeBSD-10.0-CURRENT-amd64-20130907-r255342-memstick.img and dd into KINGSTON DT 101 G2 1.00 USB pendrive

boot it from Intel I5 laptop but hang
screen output as below.
