You might want to consider setting a lower vfs.zfs.arc_max in /boot/loader.conf The default is all memory less 1GB, or 95% of memory, whichever is more, and this is likely too high for your usage case. It is infact too high for every use case except a server that does nothing but act as a file server. -- Allan Jude
