The Preview tab isn't updating in general when filing a new bug. This
is due to a problem with bugzilla. I described this in more detail here:

I suggested a workaround in there as well, something like changing
'onclick="show_comment_preview()"' to
'onclick="show_comment_preview(1)".'.

I don't know who has the access permissions and time to fix the problem
or at least implement a temporary workaround.
