panic: Consumer with zero access count in g_dev_strategy

Hi,

got the following panic while doing a forced umount and detach of gbde
encrypted IDE disc.  Coredump is available for further debugging,
but I couldn't get it to work with any gdb version.  Maybe someone
with more gdb-foo has more luck (or it's simply broken).
