Apologies for no debugging information or further reproduction or testing.

Running level 0 dump of rw mounted filesystems to local disk with 32MB
cache, respecting nodump, using snapshot, from a terminal window, ie.

# dump -0 -a -C32 -h0 -L -u -f /path/to/dump /fs

Interrupting the process with several ^C caused an immediate reset with
nothing logged through syslog and nothing visible on the console.

This system has otherwise been operating perfectly with all prior RELENG_5
versions, though this scenario has not occurred previously. More system and
configuration details are available[1].
