3ware 9550sx driver for freeBSD 6 amd64 ??

Does anyone have the latest compiled driver, twa.ko, for the 9550SX on 
freeBSD 6 amd64?
I have a problem where I cannot compile the driver without installing 
freeBSD 6 to my new server and cannot install to the server without the 
compiled driver.
