The closest similar report I found was from Marcel: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/2008-April/084799.html But it appears this was fixed, and I have a graphical console, and I can't break to the debugger to gather more information. I'll be happy to test any debugging patches you might create to help you isolate the problem.
