8.0 beta3 DVD does NOT boot up on my Compaq C301 TU laptop too !

On another identical Compaq C301 TU laptop, 8.0 beta2 DVD and CD
boots up fine. In fact thats how i'm writing this mail.

Boot loading is core to any system.
i'd rather have the CD/DVD boot load and crash.

But what is this, "no show" ?

thanks
Saifi.
