As and end user of FreeBSD, who've taken some interest over the years,
let me thank you for your splendid work over the years. Noone can take
that away, and your contributions over the years have been among the
main reasons FreeBSDs ata subsystem is rock solid (to put it mildly).

Filling your shoes in this regard will be a tough job for whoever tries
it, and the inevitable comparison to your work makes this a job I'm not
sure anybody wants.

Thanks again for making FreeBSD, as seen with an end users eyes, a
better OS.
